Chris has been designing and building spaces since 2012, when he flipped his first house in Raleigh. A proud NC State graduate with a degree in Business Management, he earned his General Contractor’s license in 2015 and founded RDG in 2017.

Coburn is a dedicated husband and father of four, driven by a passion for building businesses and leading teams to achieve exceptional results.

Sam oversees the commercial platform for RDG and brings over 25 years of experience in development, leasing, and acquisitions across a diversity of product types including office, retail, industrial and multifamily.

A Raleigh native, McKenzie has been building in the area since 2005 and joined the RDG team in 2021.

Seth Pierce is a dedicated Construction Field Manager and Raleigh, North Carolina native with a degree from Appalachian State University. He brings a hands-on approach to managing on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.

JD grew up in Raleigh and attended NC State University. He has a background in custom home building, renovations, and additions.

Originally from Virginia, David studied philosophy at Christopher Newport University and moved to Raleigh in 2017, where he moonlit as a handyman with RDG until completing graduate studies in theology at Duke in 2019.

A graduate of Appalachian State University’s Business School, Sam specialized in Building Science and Sustainability.

With over 35 years of experience, Nina brings both expertise and heart to her role as Finance and Administration Manager. She holds a degree in Business Admin and has always enjoyed blending structure with creativity-whether at work or at home.

Tracy was born and raised in Southeast Raleigh and attended Sanderson High School. He has been a valuable member of the RDG team since 2017.

Moses is originally from Nicaragua and joined the RDG team in 2019. He enjoys Playing the Drums and loves to see live concerts and fishing.

Bryan joined the RDG team in 2025. He graduated from Clemson University with a degree in Business Management. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time outdoors, playing sports, fishing, and reading.

Josh joined the RDG Commercial team in 2024. In his free time, if he isn’t hunting or fishing, he’s probably thinking about it. He graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in commercial development and professional sales.
