Tracy was born and raised in Southeast Raleigh and attended Sanderson High School. He has been a valuable member of the RDG team since 2017.  Tracy loves helping raise his grandkids, and has a passion for mentoring and being a positive influence for the young teens and kids in his neighborhood.
