Originally from Chicago, Russ moved to North Carolina in 2014 to pursue a career in Finance. After getting his MBA from Appalachian State, he fell in love with building and began working as a carpenter to learn the industry from the ground up. He has a background in business administration, data analysis, and construction project management. Outside of work he enjoys hiking, climbing, songwriting, gunsmithing, & serving on the worship team at his church.
