Sam brings to RDG Commercial more than twenty-four years of experience across a wide variety of commercial real estate disciplines. In prior roles at Grubb Ventures and Grubb Properties, he was responsible for brokerage, acquisitions, equity and debt sourcing for office, retail, warehouse and multi-family projects. He specializes in the adaptive reuse of under-utilized buildings with an emphasis on placemaking to foster community. Sam is a graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill and a licensed NC Real Estate broker. He has been in leadership with the Raleigh Fellows program for over 15 years.  Most of all, he enjoys laughing with his wife Ashley and three adult kids whenever possible.
